Synopsis

After his parents were killed in a car accident, Colt McAllister was drawn into a world he thought only existed in comic books-one where mind control, jet packs, and flying motorcycles don’t even scratch the surface.

My Thoughts

I’ve been looking forward to this book for a year, so I was very happy when it arrived.  This story continues several months after the first book.  We find out why in the first book it was hinted that Colt would be the next leader of CHOAS.  We get to read about more cool gadgets, and about more alien life.  We finally get to read about life at the academy, although it takes half the book to get there.  We get some conclusions on some of the mysteries, although the book leaves more unanswered for the next book.  I really enjoyed the mix of Science Fiction and Christianity, and look for to the next book in 11-12 months.
